About Lakeside Chautauqua Foundation

The Lakeside Chautauqua Foundation (LCF) is a not-for-profit organization and subsidiary of the Lakeside Association. LCF is responsible for raising and growing charitable giving to support the Lakeside Association in accordance with Lakeside's mission. Each year, the Lakeside Association Board communicates the amount of charitable funds needed to implement the mission and vision of the Chautauqua community.

LCF manages the long-term endowment funds and annuity accounts, oversees the Lakeside Fund, and cultivates major gifts, providing oversight and accountability for funds raised, funds distributed and results achieved. Furthermore, LCF provides education regarding philanthropic support for Lakeside. Each month, the LCF Board participates in a conference call meeting and quarterly in conjunction with the Lakeside Association Board meetings.
