This property has been owned by the same family since 1890, passing down through generations, mostly on the womens side of the family. Concessions to the 20th century included a large screened porch with roll down blinds, wicker furniture, running water, electricity and a flush toilet. The same wicker love seat that can be seen in a 1920's photo of the cottage still sits on the front porch. The bath tub still has claw feet. More recent additions: new electric stove, refrig, microwave and four ceiling fans. Plenty of off street parking and large grassy side yard.
