Chautauqua Literary & Scientific Circle
The Chautauqua Literary & Scientific Circle (CLSC), founded in 1878 by the Chautauqua Institution in New York, is considered the oldest continuous book club in the U.S.

Historic Preservation & Design Review Board (HP&DRB) ensures homeowners are keeping with Lakeside’s heritage and characters of the quaint community.
