Lakeside Chautauqua is looking for a new CEO

The Lakeside Association Board of Directors has the responsibility to find and hire the President/CEO of the Association. To that end, the Board has approved a Succession Planning Committee. This committee will provide recommendations to the Board regarding the recruitment and hiring of this leader. The appointed committee members possess a wealth and breadth of both Lakeside and professional experience. The members are Jane Leach, Dr. Terry Tomlinson, Rev. Doug Winner, Paul Hubbard, Rev. Karen Graham, and Jim Hackbarth. Jane Marx is Chair of the committee.

 

The Lakeside Succession Planning Committee expresses gratitude to the Lakeside cottage owners, donors and team members who completed the survey requesting input about the important attributes, qualities, and experiences desired in the next Lakeside President & CEO. After receiving this information, the committee has released an official profile of the ideal President and CEO of Lakeside Chautauqua. “Candidates are already expressing interest in the position as the succession process moves forward,” says Jane H. Marx, Lakeside Association Board member and Succession Planning Committee Chair. 

The Lakeside Chautauqua community says the next Lakeside President & CEO should meet these requirements.
