End Mother’s Day on a meaningful note with a peaceful Birding Prayer Walk led by Rev. Courtney Ellis. As she guides the group through Lakeside, participants will pause to observe the surrounding birdlife, appreciate the beauty of the natural world and share quiet moments of prayer together.
An author, host of "The Thing with Feathers" podcast and Associate Pastor of the Presbyterian Church of the Master, Ellis brings humor, heart and a sense of wonder to every experience.
This walk is open to all ability levels. Bring your binoculars and wear comfortable shoes. Personal mobility devices are welcome. No prior birding experience required, just a willingness to slow down and pay attention.
Meet at 6:30 p.m. by the courtyard planter between the Lakeside Chautauqua Administration Office and Chautauqua Hall on Walnut Plaza.
