On Saturdays from June 6-Aug. 29, join instructor Donna for Chair Yoga from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the Wellness Center Drackett Hall.
This gentle form of yoga uses exercises performed seated or standing in a chair to aid with support and balance. We’ll focus on a variety of yoga poses, breathwork, and relaxation techniques designed to leave you with a sense of well-being.
There’s no cost to participate. This class is included with your Daily, Weekly, or Season Chautauqua Pass.
