DESCRIPTION:The Magruder Hospital & Lakeside Wellness Series welcomes Jennifer Gatliff for a presentation on "Blue Zone Nutrition Habits."  \n \n\nJoin Jennifer Gatliff\, Magruder Hospital’s dietitian\, for an inspiring look at the eating habits of the world’s longest-living populations. This session explores the core principles of Blue Zone nutrition\, including plant-forward meals\, simple whole foods and mindful eating practices\, while offering easy ways to incorporate these longevity‑boosting habits into your daily routine. Attendees will leave with fresh ideas\, helpful tips and simple steps for building a healthier plate for life.  \nGatliff was recently promoted to Director of Nutrition Services at Magruder Hospital. She earned her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Bowling Green State University in 2004 and completed the dietetic internship program in Houston in 2012.   \nBefore joining Magruder Hospital\, she served as an outpatient dietitian with both the Lancaster Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic and the VA Home-Based Primary Care program in Chillicothe until 2017. Four years later\, Gatliff and her family returned to her hometown of Port Clinton.  Special thanks to Magruder Hospital for its continued partnership.
