The National Open Doubles Shuffleboard Tournament is a two-day event for ages 16+. There’s no entry fee, and all equipment is provided.
Sign-up at the courts opens at 8:15 a.m. and ends promptly at 9 a.m. on the first day of the tournament. Play begins shortly after entries close. Important: OSSA rules require all players to wear closed-toe shoes.
Tournaments use a portion of the shuffleboard courts. As they progress and players are eliminated, more courts are released.
This tournament has main event and consolation brackets. Players are guaranteed a minimum of two matches. The event usually finishes by Friday (rain date: Saturday), and half of the teams are out by Thursday afternoon.
