Join Lynn Koch for this one-hour fitness class at 10:30 a.m. Mondays and 9 a.m. Fridays (June 1-Aug. 28). Feel strong in this class, which focuses on cardio, core strength and total body. Light weights will be used for a portion of the class for a full-body workout.
