Whether you’re a seasoned swimmer or looking to add variety to your fitness routine, Lap Swim is a low-impact workout that boosts cardiovascular health, builds endurance and relieves stress.
This program is geared toward ages 18+. Minors are welcome to join only if they can confidently swim the full length of the pool using front crawl or breaststroke, are accompanied by a parent or guardian, and can swim without distracting others.
Lap Swim is available on the following dates, weather permitting:
May 28-June 2
- Monday: 9:30-11:30 a.m.
- Tuesday: 7:30-8:45 a.m.
- Thursday: 9:30-11:30 a.m.
- Friday: 9:30-11:30 a.m.
June 5-Aug. 15
- Monday: 9:30-11:30 a.m.
- Tuesday: 7:30-8:45 a.m.
- Friday: 7:30-8:45 a.m.
- Saturday: 8-10 a.m.
- No Lap Swim on July 4.
Aug. 17-29
- Monday: 9:30-11:30 a.m.
- Tuesday: 7:30-8:45 a.m.
- Thursday: 9:30-11:30 a.m.
