Movie: “A Wrinkle in Time”

Orchestra Hall enjoys the distinction of being the only movie theater on the Marblehead Peninsula and Ottawa County. It is a historic theater to watch new and classic films.

Lakeside will feature the movie “A Wrinkle in Time” at 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7. The movie is free, but Lakeside Chautauqua values donations to support these types of programs.

After the disappearance of her scientist father, three peculiar beings send Meg, her brother, and her friend to space to find him.

The film stars Storm Reid, Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon and Mindy Kaling, offering a blend of adventure, sci-fi and fantasy. (PG, 1h 49m)
