This beginner-friendly Sivananda Hatha Yoga class with Linda Green incorporates the five aspects to healthy living, including proper breathing, relaxation and exercise, through stretching, strengthening and balancing postures.
In this gentle and strengthening class, participants will be introduced to a variety of yoga positions and breathing exercises.
Bring a yoga mat or blanket, props and a bottle of water. Limited mats and blocks are available for use. It’s best to dress in comfortable layers and do not eat at least one-hour prior to class.
