Broadway Bootcamp with Heidelberg University

Sing, dance and act! Join professionals from Heidelberg University for a musical theatre intensive at Lakeside. Broadway Bootcamp is four afternoons of fun, July 17-20, with two performance opportunities. The workshop includes ensemble pieces with choreography as well as monologue and scenes for smaller groups. Participants are encouraged to bring songs and monologues for individual coaching.

The workshop will culminate with a small ensemble and solo feature concert at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 19 on Walnut Plaza and an ensemble showcase as part of the Lakeside Talent Show at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 20 in Hoover Auditorium.

Registration

The workshop is for students ages 10-17 with two separate tracks to allow all participants to engage at their performance level. All levels of experience are welcome. The maximum number of registrants is 30 students.
