Chair Yoga
On Mondays from June 3-Aug. 26, join instructor Char Wilkerson for Chair Yoga from 9:15-10:15 a.m. at the Wellness Center Drackett Hall.
This gentle form of yoga uses exercises performed seated or standing in a chair to aid with support and balance. We will focus on a variety of yoga poses, breathwork, and relaxation techniques designed to leave you with a sense of well-being.
Pre-registration is not required, and there’s no cost to participate.
