Dance Jam, led by Hanna Fidler, is a place to laugh and groove to the beat with fellow Lakesiders of all ages.

Drop in and dance while enhancing your flexibility, range of mobility, strength and balance. Stretching and repetitive choreography to various music genres will get your heart pumping.

Join us on Saturday, Aug. 17 from 3-3:45 p.m. on Walnut Plaza.
