Dance Jam is led by Hanna Fidler. It’s a place to laugh and groove to the beat with fellow Lakesiders of all ages. Just drop-in and dance while enhancing your flexibility, range of mobility, strength and balance. Stretching and repetitive choreography to various music genres will get your heart pumping.
