We’re exploring a New Community Authority (NCA) and need your help to determine whether it’s the right funding tool for Lakeside.
A Task Force of community members has been named to research NCA and provide evaluation and recommendations to the Lakeside Association Board of Directors in July.
The NCA is not a done deal. The NCA Task Force Communications Team will lead several presentations this summer to educate the community and collect feedback. Pre-registration is encouraged. REGISTER NOW!
- Monday, June 24 at 1:30 p.m. – Fountain Inn Aigler Room
- Friday, June 28 at 10:45 a.m. – Wesley Lodge (please note location change)
- Tuesday, July 2 at 3:30 p.m. – Wesley Lodge
At each presentation, the Task Force will discuss the following:
- What is NCA?
- How would it be used?
- How much could it cost?
- How does it work? (management, control, limitations)
- Pros/Advantages?
- Cons/Risks?
- Alternatives to NCA?
- Is this the right time and right for Lakeside’s needs?
