Power of the Pillars: Religious Life
Lakeside Online is back! This virtual series is a unique way to connect with the community year-round, explore the Chautauqua programs and catch a sneak peek of what’s to come this summer.
From now through April, join conversations with the Chautauqua Pillar Directors; create meaningful connections through Centering Prayer; get a behind-the-scenes look at the Lakeside Symphony Orchestra; learn about upcoming art exhibits and classes at the Rhein Center; and introduce young Lakesiders to Chip Richter’s Once Upon a Porch series. New this year, a handful of virtual sessions will be offered on weekdays over lunchtime.
Lakeside’s Religious Life Pillar hosts 15 programs each week, including Sunday Worship Services, Faith for Living Hour, Wednesday Family Picnics and Vespers by the Lake, as well as children, youth and teen ministries. Led by the new Director of Religious Life Rev. Kimberly Orr, this session dives deeper into each program.
