Qigong Easy
Join Antoinette Horn for four dimensions of self-care wellness practices: body, breath, mind and massage.
This class is excellent for stress reduction, balance improvement and focus. These practices may be done seated or standing. No prior experience necessary.
This class meets on select Wednesdays from 10-11 a.m. at the Pavilion West Deck.
