Fitness Room
The Fitness Room is open from 6 a.m.-10 p.m. daily for guests ages 14+. A maximum of 10 people is permitted at a time. From Labor Day to Memorial Day weekend, usage of the Fitness Room switches to a subscription plan. All Lakeside property owners ages 14+ are eligible to sign up for the subscription.
Those who purchase a subscription through the Lakeside Chautauqua Administration Office, located at 236 Walnut Ave., will be granted an electronic fob that will unlock the doors to the Wellness Center and Fitness Room during open hours. Previous subscribers who already have a fob may reactivate their membership through the Administration Office. Although the Wellness Center will not be staffed, security will be on the grounds.
2023/24 Fitness Room Subscription Costs* (Valid Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023-Thursday, May 23, 2024)
– Per month: $28
– 3 Days in a row: $12
– Per day: $8
– Discounted price for all 9 months: $200
*A one-time fee of $7 plus tax covers the price of the electronic fob. For those who kept their fob from a previous year, no additional fee will be assessed. Tax will be added to all charges. Admit only one user per fob/access plan. Sharing of fobs is not permitted.

Good Morning Wellness
7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. | Wellness Center Drackett Hall
Experience meditation, yoga and chakra balancing through tones and light scents. The morning begins at 7:30 a.m. with meditation and ends with community connection, tea and snacks. In between, participate in three classes: 8-9:45 a.m. All-Levels Sivananda Yoga (includes Relaxation Class), 9:15-9:45 a.m. Relaxation: Chakra balancing through tones & light essential oils, and 10-11 a.m. Chair Yoga.
Pre-registration is not required, however, there is a cost to participate: $25 includes all three classes (8-11 a.m.), $15 includes All-Levels Sivananda Yoga (8 a.m.) or Chair Yoga (10 a.m.) combined with Relaxation (9:15 a.m.), or participate in Chair Yoga only for $10. Check-in and payment can be made at the Wellness Center Front Desk. Cash or check only, please. Doors open at 7 a.m. Please arrive on time. Yoga mats and props are available. Bring a water bottle and dress in comfy layers.
Design Your Own Container Garden Workshop

Let your imagination loose with tips on how to design and plant a stunning container garden for your home or patio. Kyle Bueter, Lakeside’s Director of Horticulture, leads this workshop, which discusses container selection, soils and plant material. All are welcome. Pre-registration is not required.

A registration fee of $50 per person covers all four sessions, but does not include Lakeside gate fee or parking. This seminar will be limited to 18 people. Register soon through ACTIVE on the Lakeside website. This is a joint seminar with all four Lakeside pillars.
The definition of epiphany is “an illuminating discovery, realization or disclosure.” Join Fox to discover more about the world, and more about yourself though the healing art of writing poetry.

Fitness Room
Fitness Room
The Fitness Room is open from 6 a.m.-10 p.m. daily for guests ages 14+. A maximum of 10 people is permitted at a time. From Labor Day to Memorial Day weekend, usage of the Fitness Room switches to a subscription plan. All Lakeside property owners ages 14+ are eligible to sign up for the subscription.
Those who purchase a subscription through the Lakeside Chautauqua Administration Office, located at 236 Walnut Ave., will be granted an electronic fob that will unlock the doors to the Wellness Center and Fitness Room during open hours. Previous subscribers who already have a fob may reactivate their membership through the Administration Office. Although the Wellness Center will not be staffed, security will be on the grounds.

Good Morning Wellness
7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. | Wellness Center Drackett Hall
Experience meditation, yoga and chakra balancing through tones and light scents. The morning begins at 7:30 a.m. with meditation and ends with community connection, tea and snacks. In between, participate in three classes: 8-9:45 a.m. All-Levels Sivananda Yoga (includes Relaxation Class), 9:15-9:45 a.m. Relaxation: Chakra balancing through tones & light essential oils, and 10-11 a.m. Chair Yoga.
Pre-registration is not required, however, there is a cost to participate: $25 includes all three classes (8-11 a.m.), $15 includes All-Levels Sivananda Yoga (8 a.m.) or Chair Yoga (10 a.m.) combined with Relaxation (9:15 a.m.), or participate in Chair Yoga only for $10. Check-in and payment can be made at the Wellness Center Front Desk. Cash or check only, please. Doors open at 7 a.m. Please arrive on time. Yoga mats and props are available. Bring a water bottle and dress in comfy layers.
Design Your Own Container Garden Workshop

Let your imagination loose with tips on how to design and plant a stunning container garden for your home or patio. Kyle Bueter, Lakeside’s Director of Horticulture, leads this workshop, which discusses container selection, soils and plant material. All are welcome. Pre-registration is not required.

Exploring Epiphany: The Healing Art of Poem Making will be led by nationally known certified poetry therapist John Fox of Palo Alto, California, on Wednesday, July 31 and Thursday, Aug. 1 from 10 a.m.-noon and 2-4 p.m. both days in the Fountain Inn Aigler Room. A registration fee of $50 per person covers all four sessions, but does not include Lakeside gate fee or parking. This seminar will be limited to 18 people. Fitness Room
The Fitness Room is open from 6 a.m.-10 p.m. daily for guests ages 14+. A maximum of 10 people is permitted at a time. From Labor Day to Memorial Day weekend, usage of the Fitness Room switches to a subscription plan. All Lakeside property owners ages 14+ are eligible to sign up for the subscription.
Those who purchase a subscription through the Lakeside Chautauqua Administration Office, located at 236 Walnut Ave., will be granted an electronic fob that will unlock the doors to the Wellness Center and Fitness Room during open hours. Previous subscribers who already have a fob may reactivate their membership through the Administration Office. Although the Wellness Center will not be staffed, security will be on the grounds.

Experience meditation, yoga and chakra balancing through tones and light scents. The morning begins at 7:30 a.m. with meditation and ends with community connection, tea and snacks. In between, participate in three classes: 8-9:45 a.m. All-Levels Sivananda Yoga (includes Relaxation Class), 9:15-9:45 a.m. Relaxation: Chakra balancing through tones & light essential oils, and 10-11 a.m. Chair Yoga.
Pre-registration is not required, however, there is a cost to participate: $25 includes all three classes (8-11 a.m.), $15 includes All-Levels Sivananda Yoga (8 a.m.) or Chair Yoga (10 a.m.) combined with Relaxation (9:15 a.m.), or participate in Chair Yoga only for $10. Fitness Room
Fitness Room
The Fitness Room is open from 6 a.m.-10 p.m. daily for guests ages 14+. A maximum of 10 people is permitted at a time. From Labor Day to Memorial Day weekend, usage of the Fitness Room switches to a subscription plan. All Lakeside property owners ages 14+ are eligible to sign up for the subscription.
Those who purchase a subscription through the Lakeside Chautauqua Administration Office, located at 236 Walnut Ave., will be granted an electronic fob that will unlock the doors to the Wellness Center and Fitness Room during open hours. Previous subscribers who already have a fob may reactivate their membership through the Administration Office. Although the Wellness Center will not be staffed, security will be on the grounds.

Good Morning Wellness
7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. | Wellness Center Drackett Hall
Experience meditation, yoga and chakra balancing through tones and light scents. The morning begins at 7:30 a.m. with meditation and ends with community connection, tea and snacks. In between, participate in three classes: 8-9:45 a.m. All-Levels Sivananda Yoga (includes Relaxation Class), 9:15-9:45 a.m. Relaxation: Chakra balancing through tones & light essential oils, and 10-11 a.m. Chair Yoga.
Pre-registration is not required, however, there is a cost to participate: $25 includes all three classes (8-11 a.m.), $15 includes All-Levels Sivananda Yoga (8 a.m.) or Chair Yoga (10 a.m.) combined with Relaxation (9:15 a.m.), or participate in Chair Yoga only for $10. Check-in and payment can be made at the Wellness Center Front Desk. Cash or check only, please. Doors open at 7 a.m. Please arrive on time. Yoga mats and props are available. Design Your Own Container Garden Workshop

Let your imagination loose with tips on how to design and plant a stunning container garden for your home or patio. Kyle Bueter, Lakeside’s Director of Horticulture, leads this workshop, which discusses container selection, soils and plant material. All are welcome. Pre-registration is not required.

Fitness Room
The Fitness Room is open from 6 a.m.-10 p.m. daily for guests ages 14+. A maximum of 10 people is permitted at a time. From Labor Day to Memorial Day weekend, usage of the Fitness Room switches to a subscription plan. All Lakeside property owners ages 14+ are eligible to sign up for the subscription.
Those who purchase a subscription through the Lakeside Chautauqua Administration Office, located at 236 Walnut Ave., will be granted an electronic fob that will unlock the doors to the Wellness Center and Fitness Room during open hours. Previous subscribers who already have a fob may reactivate their membership through the Administration Office. Although the Wellness Center will not be staffed, security will be on the grounds.

Experience meditation, yoga and chakra balancing through tones and light scents. The morning begins at 7:30 a.m. with meditation and ends with community connection, tea and snacks. In between, participate in three classes: 8-9:45 a.m. All-Levels Sivananda Yoga (includes Relaxation Class), 9:15-9:45 a.m. Relaxation: Chakra balancing through tones & light essential oils, and 10-11 a.m. Chair Yoga.
Pre-registration is not required, however, there is a cost to participate: $25 includes all three classes (8-11 a.m.), $15 includes All-Levels Sivananda Yoga (8 a.m.) or Chair Yoga (10 a.m.) combined with Relaxation (9:15 a.m.), or participate in Chair Yoga only for $10. Fitness Room
The Fitness Room is open from 6 a.m.-10 p.m. daily for guests ages 14+. A maximum of 10 people is permitted at a time. From Labor Day to Memorial Day weekend, usage of the Fitness Room switches to a subscription plan. All Lakeside property owners ages 14+ are eligible to sign up for the subscription.
Those who purchase a subscription through the Lakeside Chautauqua Administration Office, located at 236 Walnut Ave., will be granted an electronic fob that will unlock the doors to the Wellness Center and Fitness Room during open hours. Previous subscribers who already have a fob may reactivate their membership through the Administration Office. Although the Wellness Center will not be staffed, security will be on the grounds.

Good Morning Wellness
7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. | Wellness Center Drackett Hall
Experience meditation, yoga and chakra balancing through tones and light scents. The morning begins at 7:30 a.m. with meditation and ends with community connection, tea and snacks. In between, participate in three classes: 8-9:45 a.m. All-Levels Sivananda Yoga (includes Relaxation Class), 9:15-9:45 a.m. Relaxation: Chakra balancing through tones & light essential oils, and 10-11 a.m. Chair Yoga.
Pre-registration is not required, however, there is a cost to participate: $25 includes all three classes (8-11 a.m.), $15 includes All-Levels Sivananda Yoga (8 a.m.) or Chair Yoga (10 a.m.) combined with Relaxation (9:15 a.m.), or participate in Chair Yoga only for $10. Check-in and payment can be made at the Wellness Center Front Desk. Cash or check only, please. Doors open at 7 a.m. Please arrive on time. Yoga mats and props are available. Design Your Own Container Garden Workshop

Let your imagination loose with tips on how to design and plant a stunning container garden for your home or patio. Kyle Bueter, Lakeside’s Director of Horticulture, leads this workshop, which discusses container selection, soils and plant material. All are welcome. Pre-registration is not required.

The Fitness Room is open from 6 a.m.-10 p.m. daily for guests ages 14+. A maximum of 10 people is permitted at a time. From Labor Day to Memorial Day weekend, usage of the Fitness Room switches to a subscription plan. All Lakeside property owners ages 14+ are eligible to sign up for the subscription.
Those who purchase a subscription through the Lakeside Chautauqua Administration Office, located at 236 Walnut Ave., will be granted an electronic fob that will unlock the doors to the Wellness Center and Fitness Room during open hours. Previous subscribers who already have a fob may reactivate their membership through the Administration Office. Although the Wellness Center will not be staffed, security will be on the grounds.

The Fitness Room is open from 6 a.m.-10 p.m. daily for guests ages 14+. A maximum of 10 people is permitted at a time. From Labor Day to Memorial Day weekend, usage of the Fitness Room switches to a subscription plan. All Lakeside property owners ages 14+ are eligible to sign up for the subscription.
Those who purchase a subscription through the Lakeside Chautauqua Administration Office, located at 236 Walnut Ave., will be granted an electronic fob that will unlock the doors to the Wellness Center and Fitness Room during open hours. Previous subscribers who already have a fob may reactivate their membership through the Administration Office. Although the Wellness Center will not be staffed, security will be on the grounds.

Good Morning Wellness
7:30 a.m.-12 p.m. | Wellness Center Drackett Hall
Experience meditation, yoga and chakra balancing through tones and light scents. The morning begins at 7:30 a.m. with meditation and ends with community connection, tea and snacks. In between, participate in three classes: 8-9:45 a.m. All-Levels Sivananda Yoga (includes Relaxation Class), 9:15-9:45 a.m. Relaxation: Chakra balancing through tones & light essential oils, and 10-11 a.m. Chair Yoga.
Pre-registration is not required, however, there is a cost to participate: $25 includes all three classes (8-11 a.m.), $15 includes All-Levels Sivananda Yoga (8 a.m.) or Chair Yoga (10 a.m.) combined with Relaxation (9:15 a.m.), or participate in Chair Yoga only for $10. Check-in and payment can be made at the Wellness Center Front Desk. Cash or check only, please. Doors open at 7 a.m. Please arrive on time. Yoga mats and props are available. Bring a water bottle and dress in comfy layers.
Design Your Own Container Garden Workshop

Let your imagination loose with tips on how to design and plant a stunning container garden for your home or patio. Kyle Bueter, Lakeside’s Director of Horticulture, leads this workshop, which discusses container selection, soils and plant material. All are welcome. Pre-registration is not required.
