All-Levels Yoga

The All-Levels Yoga class is held 8:45-9:45 a.m. Tuesdays from Sept. 5-Oct. 31 in the Wellness Center Drackett Hall.

To participate in the class, purchase a Class Pass for $45/person for five classes at the Lakeside Chautauqua Administration Office, located at 236 Walnut Ave., or pay a $10/class drop-in fee (cash only) to the instructor at the start of the class. 

This All-Levels Sivananda Hatha Yoga class incorporates the five aspects of healthy living, including proper breathing, relaxation and exercise, through stretching, strengthening and balancing postures. Students are encouraged to practice at their own pace. Mats and props are available for use. It is best to dress in comfortable layers and not to eat at least one hour before class.
