Purchase a Daily or Weekly Chautauqua Pass that provides access to the Chautauqua programming season, May 24-Sept. 2, 2024. Everyone is required to have a Chautauqua Pass when entering and exiting the gates of Lakeside, as well as Hoover Auditorium evening entertainment. Guests ages 4 & under and over the age of 90 enjoy FREE admission.

Exclusive Passes at the Gates
These passes are only available at the gate, not online. There are a variety of Chautauqua Passes and Auto Passes to choose from depending on the length of your visit. Guests ages 4 & under and over the age of 90 enjoy free admission.
A $10 Partial Day Pass, valid for 4 hours, is available to purchase at the gates. A Partial Day Pass does not include an Auto Pass or access to Hoover Auditorium entertainment or the Grindley Aquatic Wellness Campus Pool and Wellness Center. A complimentary short-term parking lot is available outside the Fifth Street Gate. This pass is available for purchase at the Fifth Street Gate and South Gate upon entry (not online) and must be purchased before 7 p.m. If the time allotted is exceeded, the guest(s) will be charged a fee upon departure.
This complimentary pass is valid for 2 hours and must be validated/stamped by the manager of the business establishment. If this is not completed, or if the time allotted is exceeded, the guest(s) will be charged a fee upon departure. A Shopping/Dining Pass does not include an Auto Pass or access to Hoover Auditorium entertainment or the Grindley Aquatic Wellness Campus Pool and Wellness Center. A complimentary short-term parking lot is available outside the Fifth Street Gate. This pass is available to pick up at the Fifth Street Gate, South Gate and Welcome Center upon entry (not online).
Church Pass: This complimentary pass is available from 7:30-10:30 a.m. Sunday; valid until 1 p.m. The Church Pass includes admittance for guests and auto. This pass must be presented to the gate attendant upon departure. If the time allotted is exceeded, the guest(s) will be charged a fee.
Faith for Living Hour Pass: This complimentary pass is available from 8:30-9 a.m. Monday-Thursday (when Faith for Living is offered); valid until 1 p.m. The Faith for Living Hour Pass includes admittance for guests and auto. This pass must be presented to the gate attendant upon departure. If the time allotted is exceeded, the guest(s) will be charged a fee.
Tuesday Vespers Pass: This complimentary pass is available from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday (when Vespers is offered); valid until 9 p.m. The Tuesday Vespers Pass includes admittance for guests and auto. This pass must be presented to the gate attendant upon departure. If the time allotted is exceeded, the guest(s) will be charged a fee.
Thursday Roman Catholic Mass Pass: This complimentary pass is available from 6-6:30 p.m. Thursday (when Roman Catholic Mass is offered); valid until 9 p.m. The Roman Catholic Mass Pass includes admittance for guests and auto. This pass must be presented to the gate attendant upon departure. If the time allotted is exceeded, the guest(s) will be charged a fee.
Sunday Sunset Praise Pass: This complimentary pass is valid 7:30-9:30 p.m. Sunday (when Sunset Praise is offered); valid until 10 p.m. The pass includes admittance for guests and auto. This pass must be presented to the gate attendant upon departure. If the time allotted is exceeded, the guest(s) will be charged a fee.
Short-Term Complimentary Passes are available upon entry at the gates and for a variety of events and activities (for example, dropping off luggage at the hotel). Passes must be scanned upon entering and exiting the Lakeside gates. Please note that Complimentary Passes do not include access to Hoover Auditorium entertainment or the Grindley Aquatic Wellness Campus Pool and Wellness Center. If the time allotted is exceeded, the guest(s) will be charged a fee upon departure. Other conditions and Auto Passes may apply.

Auto Passes
An Auto Pass is required from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.To help with congestion and continue our high safety standards, Lakeside offers three different parking options and fees: inside the gates, at the South Gate Parking Lot and Danbury School Parking Lot. The Danbury School Parking Lot is available for parking from May 25-Aug. 25, 2024. Upon receiving your Auto Pass, please place it in the lower left corner of your windshield. The Safety Services Department will check Auto Passes as part of their daily routine.
