Beach Walk

Certified reflexologist Dawn Cordero leads Beach Walk sessions from 9-10 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and select Fridays. These walks are in two 30-minute sessions.

Lakeside’s sandy and rocky waterfront beach are amazing for bare feet. This half-hour session releases tension in the feet, body and mind. Many leave this Beach Walk feeling like they’ve had a full body massage.
