Heidelberg University presents Broadway Bootcamp Performance

Children ages 8-12 are invited to join professionals from Heidelberg University for Broadway Bootcamp at Lakeside, July 22-25.

Broadway Bootcamp is a four-day workshop that embraces all aspects of musical theatre and is open to participants of all performance levels. The workshop includes ensemble pieces with choreography as well as scenes for smaller groups and vocal solos. Participants will also explore theatre design as they construct small props and costumes.

The bootcamp is directed by Carol Dusdeiker, Heidelberg University School of Musical Theatre professor. Michael Shirtz is the Musical Director and Pamela Shirtz is the Choreographer.

Come be transformed by the power of performing arts, while building confidence, community and having fun.

BOOTCAMP INFORMATION
The four-day bootcamp meets from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Monday, July 22-Thursday, July 25 in South Auditorium and culminates in a performance for the Lakeside community at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 25 on the Hoover Auditorium porch.

REGISTRATION
Limited to 40 participants, the cost is $140 per child, which includes a camp water bottle and daily snacks. REGISTER NOW! Registration does not include admission and parking to Lakeside Chautauqua.
