Core, Glutes & Legs
Feel strong and powerful in this fitness class, which focuses on core strength, glutes and inner thighs. Light weights will be used for a portion of the class for a full-body workout.
This class meets Thursdays through Aug. 29 from 10-11 a.m. at the Wellness Center Drackett Hall (except July 4, when it is canceled, and Aug. 22, when it is moved to the Pavilion Upper Room).
