Gentle Yoga provides therapeutic modifications to common yoga poses. This class helps students who are overworked, injured, or older increase balance, mobility, and flexibility. Led by Linda Green, Gentle Yoga is held 9:15-10:15 a.m. Saturdays from June 22-August 17 in the Wellness Center Drackett Hall.
