Kung Fu Yoga is an energizing fitness-fusion class incorporating basic martial arts stances and movements with classic yoga stretches and asanas.
This is a chance to explore the commonalities and differences of these two great traditions all within one fun practice. This class is open to all levels; no experience is required.
Nicholas Hellmann is uniquely qualified to teach this as he has many years of experience in both styles. Come check it out on the following days at the Wellness Center Drackett Hall:
