Lakeside Art Show

The Annual Lakeside Art Show will take place from June 20-July 20 in the lobby of Hoover Auditorium. The exhibit features original artwork from local artists of all ages and skill levels.

Guests may view the Art Show and purchase artwork from 2-4 p.m. Sundays and Tuesdays between June 20-July 20.

Adults who place 1st through 3rd will receive a cash prize of up to $400, while all other award winners will receive an Amazon gift card ranging from $10-$50. Two special ribbons will be awarded, including the Neil Glaser Watercolor Award and the Popular Choice Award.

Guests to the Art Show can vote for the Popular Choice Award, the winner of which will be announced during the show’s final week.

Lakeside staff members will select the recipient of the Laura J. Werden Lakeside Award, which will be given to the piece that best depicts a Lakeside image or scene. Werden, the namesake of this award, directed and organized the annual Lakeside Art Exhibit from 1956-1999.

REGISTRATION
This is a non-juried show that welcomes entries from any amateur and professional artists. Prizes range from $10-$400. VIEW RULES & GUIDELINES.

The deadline for registration is Friday, May 31 or until the show is full. REGISTER NOW! All artwork must be delivered between 2-3:30 p.m. Sunday, June 16.
