LHS: Historic Stereographic Photographs of Lake Erie Islands and Lakeside

As part of the Lakeside Heritage Society (LHS) Sunday Seminar series, join us on Sunday, July 31 at 1:30 p.m. “Historic Stereographic Photographs of Lake Erie Islands and Lakeside” led by Michael Gora.

Michael Gora, Middle Bass Island resident and author of numerous books, will project onto the big screen some of the 164 images published in his 2021 book, featuring historic late nineteenth-century stereoviews of the Lake Erie Islands and nearby mainland, including Lakeside. Learn how these 3D images were made and popularized in England and the United States.
