These educational programs will take place at the Train Station at 2 p.m. Tuesdays from June 25-July 30. Registration is not required, and there is no cost. This new series is presented by the Mazza Museum at the University of Findlay. Different presenters will be featured for each session, and it is geared to individuals in kindergarten through adults.

Can you hear the water hitting the shore? Can you feel the wind as it blows past? Create a kinetic piece of art using balance and symmetry that allows you to use sound and motion to represent the water, the beach and wind.

During this program, we’ll introduce you to the book Hum and Swish by author and illustrator Matt Myers and create mobiles using glass and wooden beads, shells, wire and driftwood. Join us at the Train Station for this session on Tuesday, July 30.

Mazza Museum is the world’s largest collection of original artwork by children’s book illustrators. The museum’s goal is to promote literacy and enrich the lives of all people through the art of picture books. There is no cost to participate, but you can pre-register. REGISTER NOW! Children under age 6 must be accompanied by an adult.
