Pilates & Strength
Mary Leahy returns to lead this fusion class combining the core exercises of Pilates with weights, bands, balls and bodyweight exercises to tone and strengthen muscles.
The class meets Wednesdays, June 5-Aug. 28 from 9-10 a.m. at Wellness Center Drackett Hall. No experience required and mats are available for use.
