Plein Air Art Festival

The Plein Air Art Festival returns Friday, July 14 and runs through Sunday, July 16. More than 50 artists from across the Midwest will set up easels across the Lakeside community to paint outdoor landscapes and scenes. Throughout the weekend, all are invited to watch the plein air artists paint.

Paintings that were completed by the artists throughout the weekend will be available for purchase during the Wet Paint Sale, held on Sunday, July 16 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. south of the Pavilion. Purchases can be made with cash, check or credit card. Kids’ painting will also be available by donation from 1-3 p.m. south of the Pavilion.
