The Historic Preservation & Design Review Board (HP&DRB) meets from March-November. Meetings are typically held the first Saturday of the month at 9 a.m. via Zoom or 8:30 a.m. at the Train Station during the Chautauqua season. The June 11 meeting is in the Administration Office Conference Room. The application deadline is 30 days before the meeting date and incorporates the neighbor notification time period.
Applications may be picked up at the Lakeside Chautauqua Administration Office or downloaded from the HP&DRB webpage: community.lakesideohio.com/community/historic-preservation-de-sign-review-board. Applications will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on the application deadline date.
