Following The Sounds of Soul concert on Saturday, Sept. 5, head to the lakefront for a spectacular finale to the summer season with fireworks at 9:30 p.m. Fireworks will launch from the Dock, with the best viewing along the lakefront between Oak and Vine Avenues.
To prepare for the show, the entire Dock will close at 4 p.m. The beach, splash pad and waterfront kiddie pool will remain open until 8 p.m.
Guests may begin reserving fireworks viewing spots at 7 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 5. Blankets and chairs placed before that time may be removed by staff. Please keep the lakefront path, sidewalks and the Western shoreline stone path clear for pedestrians.
In the event of inclement weather, the fireworks will be postponed until Sunday, Sept. 6.
