This 75-minute all-level Sivananda Hatha Yoga Class incorporates the five aspects to healthy living, including proper breathing, relaxation and exercise, through stretching, strengthening and balancing postures.
Bring a yoga mat or blanket, props and a bottle of water. It’s best to dress in comfortable layers and do not eat at least one hour before class.
In the case of inclement weather, this class will be held in the Wellness Center Drackett Hall. For announcements, check the ‘Event Changes’ button on Lakeside’s homepage.
