
Chair Yoga
Join instructor Linda Green for Chair Yoga Saturdays from 10-11 a.m. June 4-September 3. Meet in Drackett Hall of the Wellness Center.
Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga where all exercises are performed seated in a chair or standing using the chair to aid with support and balance. This class offers a variety of yoga poses, breathwork and relaxation techniques designed to leave you with a sense of wellbeing.
