Family Yoga

Bring a sibling, parent or friend and join us in front of the Hotel Lakeside for some relaxation. We will be doing fun, interactive yoga poses and movements that you can do with anyone in your family. We will also be learning relaxing techniques to assist our loved ones in finding a sense of calmness. Please bring a towel or yoga mat. In case of inclement weather, this class will move to Drackett Hall in the Grindley Aquatic & Wellness Campus.
