Functional Movement

Join certified fitness instructor Kim Chiodi for an hour of body weight training and stretching. Increase your strength, tone muscle and improve balance, coordination and overall resiliency. This class is appropriate for all ability levels and participants ages 12+. Functional fitness is about living your best life, at any age. Please wear gym shoes and comfortable workout clothes.
