Every summer, Lakeside Wooden Boat Society (LWBS) volunteers bring a wide range of activities to the community. We do this for the love of Lakeside, classic wooden boats and Lake Erie.
Some of our most popular activities, Pond Boat Building and Pirate Adventures, are favorites among children. The much-loved Wooden Boat Show and Plein Air Art Festival weekend has grown to be one of the largest of the season. All of this happens with year-round planning, volunteers and generous gifts from lovers of wooden boats and Lakeside.
This year, we’re hosting a “Cheeseburger in Paradise” Fundraiser Dinner to raise funds to support LWBS programming. The dinner will take place at 6 p.m. Friday, June 28 along Ohio’s Most Beautiful Mile.
REGISTRATION
The cost is $75/person or $150/couple. BUY TICKETS ONLINE or at the Legacy House, 217 Walnut Ave. Tickets are limited, so purchase early so you don’t miss this fun social event.
