LHS: Lakeside’s History of Social Justice Programming

As part of the Lakeside Heritage Society (LHS) Sunday Seminar series, join us on Sunday, June 26 at 1:30 p.m. “Lakeside’s History of Social Justice Programming” led by LHS board member Dave Boling.

This seminar explores the long history of Social Justice programming and speakers at Lakeside. Rooted in faith, practiced through education, advocacy and touching the arts, Lakeside ancestors from the start have cared deeply about the justice issues of equal rights, temperance and more. Come and learn more about them.

Dave Boling has presented Lakeside programs on Spirituality, Missionary Heritage and German Methodism. Dave is a member of Lakeside’s Sesquicentennial Steering Committee and the LHS Board. He and his wife, Anita are long time Lakesiders and have a seasonal camper in the campground.

The event is finished.
