Join the Midwest Modern Jazz Quartet for an evening of music at Hoover Auditorium on Sunday, Aug. 21 at 6 p.m.

This band of musicians is one of Central Ohio’s newest contemporary music quartets. The four musicians have worked as sidemen on the local and international music scene for many years.

As individual freelance musicians they have performed around the globe with various artists and have somehow found common ground in the center of Ohio to form one of the most musically diverse contemporary jazz organizations on this side of the world.

For this concert, Midwest Modern Jazz Quartet welcomes special guest Mark Donovan on saxophone.
