A Parkinson’s Support Group meets at 4-5:30 p.m. Wednesdays from June 5-Aug. 21 on the Train Station Patio.
This group is self-led, and exercises are designed to move all muscles of the body at a level appropriate for each individual. Bring your own water bottle.
