Reiki I & II Workshop with Linda Green

Reiki is an ancient form of hands-on energy technique for self, family, friends and therapy practitioners. It complements all healing methods by utilizing spiritually guided life-force energy.

Led by instructor Linda Green, this workshop helps balance mind, body and spirit so that you leave relaxed and restored. 

Reiki I teaches Reiki history and hand positions, both for self and others. Through touch and breath techniques, students learn to utilize energy. 

Reiki II teaches about symbols to increase energy, room cleansing, long distance treatments and mental healing. 

Date: Feb. 24-26, 2023
Time: Friday, Feb. 24 from 6-9 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 25 & Sunday, Feb 26 from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
Location: Drackett Hall, Grindley Aquatic & Wellness Campus
Cost: $300, includes manual, handouts, certificate, tea, snacks & light lunch
