Science Rocks!

Join us on June 19 at 2 p.m. on the Pavilion West Deck for our Science Rocks! Series: “Why We See Lightning and Hear Thunder – Sound and Light Energy” This program is geared for children ages 6-12.

Have you ever wondered how sound travels into your ear and why we see certain colors when we look around?! During this event, participants will learn about sound and light energy and how we use this energy each and every day. Whether you want to use dispersion glasses, make different pitched sounds, or learn what happens when we see a rainbow, come out and have some fun at “Why We See Lightning and Hear Thunder – Sound and Light Energy”
