Join Yoga Instructor Addie-Grace Meihling as she leads you through a Yin Yoga Class to help you slow down, relax, and turn inward helping you alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, improving flexibility, circulation, and reducing stress through extended holds of postures.
