Join certified yoga instructor Kim Chiodi for this gentle yoga class designed to build strength, flexibility and inner calm without the strain of standing poses. Each session combines seated stretches, mindful breathwork and restorative reclined poses to help release tension, improve mobility and calm the nervous system.
 
The class is ideal for beginners, seniors, individuals recovering from injury or anyone looking for a grounding yoga practice. Please wear comfortable shoes and workout clothes.
