The Summer Week of Giving, July 3-11, is an opportunity to celebrate that legacy while helping write the next chapter of the Lakeside story.

Stories have always been at the heart of the Lakeside experience. Join us for the Lakeside Story Showcase as community members share memories, traditions and moments that have shaped their connection to Lakeside.
This special event celebrates the people and experiences that make Lakeside a place worth preserving for future generations. All are invited to attend the showcase to hear stories, gather in fellowship and celebrate the many chapters of the Lakeside story.
Monday, July 6
Glow Run & Dance Party
8-10 p.m. | Wellness Center to Pavilion Circle
Light up the night while supporting Lakeside! Participants of all ages are invited to enjoy an evening of movement, music and community spirit. Proceeds help support Lakeside’s mission and future impact. Learn more and register here.

Generosity Information Table, America 250 Commemorative Root Beer, & Pickleball Pasta

Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with a commemorative Lakeside root beer. Available in special two-pack and four-pack options, these limited-edition purchases support Impact Giving and help sustain the programs and places that make Lakeside special. Limited-edition pickleball shaped pasta will also be available by donation!

Friday, July 10
Legacy House Open House
9 a.m.-Noon | Legacy House
Visit the Legacy House and learn how charitable giving helps support Lakeside’s mission. Advancement staff and volunteers will be available to answer questions about Impact Giving, endowment support and legacy giving opportunities.
Lemonade for Lakeside
Young Lakesiders can participate in this fun and educational initiative by checking out a lemonade stand kit and hosting their own stand. Participants will receive resources to help customers learn about generosity while supporting the Lakeside area they care about the most.
Children may choose to direct their proceeds to the area of Lakeside they love, helping them experience the joy of giving back and become part of Lakeside’s story at an early age.
America 250 Root Beer
Stop by during the Open House to pick up your commemorative root beer and support Lakeside Impact Giving. Limited-edition Ohio and Lakeside America 250 root beer is available in two-packs for a $20 donation or four-packs for a $40 donation.
Pickleball Pasta
Support Lakeside pickleball and recreation programming by donating to receive special pickleball pasta! Give a donation of $8 or more to receive one bag or $16 or more to receive two. Thanks to the generous donation of a Lakesider, all proceeds will support Lakeside pickleball and other recreation programming.
