Ahoy matey! Lakeside Wooden Boat Society’s (LWBS) Pirate Adventures return this summer at 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, July 12 and Aug. 2, weather permitting.
This on-the-water adventure for ages 7-11 pairs a warm lake with cool wooden boats, and cheerful children with fun-loving adults.
Children are encouraged to wear pirate garb. Parents, siblings and spectators won’t want to miss out as the fun unfolds near the Dock. Be careful, you might get wet.
Pray for gentle seas – if we must batten down the hatches, the pirates won’t be able to set sail. In the event of inclement weather, this program will be rescheduled for the following Tuesday at 6 p.m., weather permitting.
