Murder Mystery Dinner: “Bullets in the Bathtub”
As part of Lakeside’s Murder Mystery weekend, join us for a Murder Mystery Dinner: “Bullets in the Bathtub” from 6-9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30 in Wesley Lodge. Ages 13+ are invited to participate.
Welcome to the 1920s where bathtubs are only made for one thing – to make gin! (Ok, maybe two things). Lots of gangsters are showing up at “Cherry’s Speakeasy” to talk about the turf war going on between the Corleonis and the Buttafuccos.
Just when we think things are going to settle down, in comes Harry Hyde (the famous Russian mobster). He sure knows how to make enemies – deadly ones!
The local constable, Doyle Lonnegan, will come and solve the crime, but not before things get wild. During this interactive Murder Mystery Dinner, you’ll meet crazy characters like Red E. Mix (the local concrete salesman), Trixie (the owner of Cherry’s) and many others before we find who put a finger on Harry’s hyde. Was it Larry the Rug? Joey the Lips? Or maybe, J. Edna Hoover?
This production is presented by jestmurdermystery.com.
Registration is $65/person. The deadline to register is Saturday, Sept. 16. Please note: this event is sold out.
Enjoy one complimentary mocktail along with a complete sit-down dinner served throughout the show. Dinner includes two appetizers, Caesar salad, main entrée with choice of either bruschetta chicken, steak pizzaiola or portabella pesto, and tiramisu for dessert, as well as lemonade, iced tea, coffee and water. For questions, contact (419) 798-4461, ext. 259.
Admission and Parking Passes to enter Lakeside Chautauqua are not required for this fall weekend.
