Finding Your Way Chautauqua Workshop

Join Dr. Deforia Lane and Michael Shirtz Sept. 23-24 for a workshop on centering one’s soul, health and wellness through the power of music and creativity. The turmoil of our world today has unraveled human’s ability to process, think and connect. Our professions have let us become exhausted with work. Our passions have become less of a focus as our attentions have been redirected to stress, confusion and uncertainty. In this workshop we will explore through music and creativity the work that helps people of all ages, careers and backgrounds examine their pathway to healing, hope and renewal.
